Order Cancellation

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged, defective, or different from the description.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process
✔️ Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm the defect:

We will issue a refund within 7–10 working days.
✔️ Refund will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.
✔️ Shipping charges (paid during original order) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged/defective item).
Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

Personal care items like Facewash, Sunscreen (due to hygiene reasons).

Intimate accessories (like Hairbands, etc.).

Products damaged due to misuse.
